The 2014 edition of Vans Rebel Jam went down over the weekend, November 21 and 22, in London, England. Over 60 of the best BMX street freestylers in the world convened at the York Hall Leisure Centre for the 10th annual season-closing BMX street throwdown. Alex Donnachie took the top spot, with Garrett Reynolds and Alex Kennedy rounding out the podium.
The field of riders had to be pared down to 12, but the judges ended up with four wild cards:. Dennis Pavlov (RUS), Dan Paley (UK), Kevin Kalkoff (FRA) and Roy Van Kempen (NLD), making it a 16-rider finals. Riders were judged on difficulty of tricks, best line, and style, with Vans giving special awards for Creativity, Style, and Hardest Trick.
