DermaMed Solutions Announces the First Recipient of their Aesthetic Education Award, Ashley Cole of Chicago

Lenni, Pennsylvania – July 22, 2014 –DermaMed Solutions, the suburban Philadelphia company that is one of the leading Microdermabrasion equipment and professional skincare companies in the United States, recently introduced a new “Aesthetic Education Award” to support future aestheticians interested in a “Whole-istic” approach.

The first recipient of the DermaMed Solutions Aesthetic Education Award is Ashley Cole, who received the $1,000 award towards her Aesthetic Education at the Cosmetology & Spa Academy in Chicago.  She graduated last month with a specialty in Aesthetics.

The Aesthetic Education Award from DermaMed Solutions is contributing up to $1,000 to accredited aesthetic programs for educational expenses for two students each year. Two awards will be given each year, worth $500 each, with a bonus of an additional $500 if the student attends one of DermaMed Solutions’ Aesthetic Partner Schools.

“We believe that creating relationships is the key to success in our industry, which is why we are offering the opportunity for aesthetic schools to partner with us in order to help fund education for students,” said Tracey Coleman, Education Outreach Program Coordinator for DermaMed Solutions. “Partnering with DermaMed Solutions is at no cost to schools, and is a great opportunity to increase financial aid for students.”

A partner schools’ only requirement is to promote the program by placing award information and the application link on the school website, and placing the Aesthetic Education Award Flyer in the school’s financial aid packets.

Recipients of the award must express their passion for the skincare industry and share the core values of DermaMed Solutions.

A Certified Nutrition Specialist with a Master’s degree in Nutrition, Hodulik spearheaded the Aesthetician Education Award.

To submit an application, fill out the Aesthetic Education Award application on the DermaMed Solutions website, along with a one-to-two page typed essay or a three-to-five minute video explaining your desire to become an Aesthetician.
